I thought this was a clever movie involving relationships. Clark Gable was my favorite in the movie. I liked how he was a laid back good looking guy who was confident that he was going to win out in the end. This was a classic chick flick where the girl has a guy, leaves him and accidently falls in love with another. I enjoyed watching the two roles interact and grow closer together. It was funny how luck kept putting them back under similar circumstances.
It Happened One Night was a fairly entertaining movie. I thought it was interesting when Claudette Colbert lifted her skirt to get someone to stop for her hitchhiking, especially since the movie was shot in 1934. This had to be a pretty bold move for the character to perform with such high standards that the people of that time had. For the most part it was a good picture and a good plot. One that you would see in any movie coming out on the big screen today.
